Do you supply just disk shelves and drives to expand an existing array?
Yes. Expansion shelves and OEM-caddied drives are among our most-requested items — specify your controller/array model so we ship compatible parts.

Are controllers reset and ready to configure?
Refurbished controllers are tested and reset. Array software/OS licensing (e.g., ONTAP) is a vendor entitlement handled separately; we will advise on your RFQ.
